FIELD: operative dentistry, otorhinolarynhology. SUBSTANCE: device has plastic base and two plastic nose inserts. Base follows outlines of sound half of nose exactly. Base has two plastic nose inserts on side of pathology made to sizes of sound half of nose passage. Plastic base and two plastic nose inserts are coupled to one another by means of fixing members in form of four metal plates. Plates have recesses in their middle part in which fastening bolts are installed for fixing of plastic base and plastic nose inserts. Metal plates are positioned in every plastic nose insert, and two metal plates are arranged in base. Plastic nose inserts are fixed by movable adjusting device, and plastic nose base is secured to head cap by means of gauze bandage. EFFECT: improved quality of treatment. 1 ex, 3 dwg
