FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for rehabilitation of patients after operations of rhinoplasty, septoplasty and rhinoseptoplasty. Endonasal activator is made in form of two connected to each other curved hollow tubes from resilient elastic polymer biologically inert material. Anterior part of each tube is made at angle with respect to its remaining part in such a way that its longitudinal axis has a curve in direction to its lower side and has protuberance 10 on upper side of external surface of anterior part of tube in zone of curvature of its longitudinal axis. Curved hollow tubes are connected to each other with crosspiece.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create maximal comfort for device user, increase quality of rehabilitation and accelerate clinical recovery of patients after operations of rhinoplasty, septoplasty and rhinoseptoplasty.
