DEVICE FOR DEGASSING OF WORKING FLUID Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2140805 C1

FIELD: hydraulic drives of earth-moving machines; degassing of working fluid. SUBSTANCE: housing of hydraulic tank is made in form of cylinder which changes into inverted truncated cone with rigidly secured in its center. This axle is used for connecting the bottom and upper cover where conical turbine is freely mounted. Turbine is provided with blades filled with gas and is made integral with stiffeners and eccentric bush having varying eccentricity. Eccentric bush is engageable with pneumatic cylinder rod through roller over its generatrix. Pneumatic cylinder is used for degassing of working fluid. Regulating spring fitted between end face of eccentric bush and upper cover is used for maintenance of required degree of rarefaction in hydraulic tank. EFFECT: possibility of automatic maintenance of rarefaction in upper portion of hydraulic tank for degassing of working fluid. 3 dwg
