FIELD: adsorption engineering; separation of air by short-time no-heating adsorption followed by obtaining gas mixture of increased content of oxygen. SUBSTANCE: plant includes air compressor, drying unit and absorption unit containing the receiver, two adsorbers filled with sorbent whose inlet branch pipes are connected to compressed air supply system and outlet branch pipes are connected to receiver, pipe lines connecting the adsorbers with receiver, compressed air source and consumer and two parallel pipe lines interconnecting the outlet branch pipes of adsorbers; they are fitted with control valves and constricting device of orifice plate type. Flow sections of orifice plates are different and are selected specially; plant is also provided with gas flow control valves and control unit which changes over valve in definite sequence for realization of absorption-regeneration cycle in adsorbers. EFFECT: optimization of flow rate of product gas fed for regeneration of absorber; enhanced efficiency of regeneration process; improved working characteristics with no additional power requirement. 1 dwg
