FIELD: pure oxygen obtaining.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain pure oxygen. The method for obtaining oxygen from air is characterized by the use of an oxygen generator, which consists of first and second adsorbers, each of which contains inlet and outlet pipes. The inlet pipes are connected through the inlet valves to the compressed air supply line and through the relief valves to the atmosphere. The outlet pipes are connected to each other through a bypass valve and a restrictive nozzle and through check valves with an oxygen receiver. Air from the line enters through the open inlet valve into the first adsorber, which retains nitrogen and passes oxygen through the check valve into the oxygen receiver and through the restriction nozzle into the second adsorber. In this case, nitrogen is discharged into the atmosphere through the dump valve. After saturation of the first adsorber with nitrogen, the pressure in the adsorbers is equalized through the bypass valve. Air from the line enters the second adsorber and the cycle repeats. At the moment of equalization of pressure in the adsorbers, both inlet valves are open, air is supplied from the line to both adsorbers.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to exclude the air receiver at the inlet to the oxygen generator and to reduce the energy consumption of the compressor.
