FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed tie with angle compensator is designed for two modules of articulated road vehicle consisting of front module A and following module B interconnected by certain self-carrying intermediate module C relative to which modules A and B are orientated at angle α and β, respectively. Intermediate module C is hinge-coupled with modules A and B by means of swivel joints D and E. Proposed tie with angle compensator consists of oblique rigid member F terminating in swivel device H controlled by drive with shaped cam to provide angular correction of vehicle side skidding according to angular correction law which defines dependence of angle β from angle α. Cam has central zone with little tilt terminating in transfer zone on each end of central zone. Proposed invention can be used by designers of articulated city vehicles.
