FIELD: building materials; applicable in manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete articles. SUBSTANCE: mortar mixture is produced by mechanical mixing and activation of cement, mixing water, sand and plasticizing additive in rotary mixer. First, supplied to rotary mixer is mixing water to obtain water-cement ratio of 0.33-0.39 and plasticizing additive in amount of 0.1-0.3 of total amount of mixture; then, cement and a part of sand is supplied in ratio of 1:(1.0-1.15) to obtain mixture with mobility of 50-60 mm i polytropic conditions for 150-200 s and rotary mixer power of 50-150 W/kg. Then, the remaining amount of sand is added to produce cement-sand ratio equalling 1: (1.7-2.3) and remaining amount of plasticizing additive equals 0.57-1.2% of cement weight, with invariable water-cement ratio. Repeated mixing is carried out with rotary mixer power of 55-130 W/kg for 17-35 s to form poured uniform mix with mobility of 130- 230 mm. Plasticized additive is used in form of, for instance, sodium salt of sulfonated product of concentration of wastes of phenol production based on cumyl phenol and dimers of alpha-methylstyrene. EFFECT: higher mechanical strength, frost resistance and resistance to cracks of concrete articles. 2 cl, 3 tbl
