FIELD: manufacture of building materials, in particular, methods of detoxication of ash-slag wastes of various production processes including incineration of rubbish with their subsequent utilization in manufacture of highly efficient and ecologically safe building materials and structures. SUBSTANCE: ash and slag are subjected to mechanical and chemical treatment with application of mechanical force up to 30-120 W/kg to obtain milling fineness 3,750-5,750 sq.cm/g in the presence of mixture of ionites chelating ligands and special binders with subsequent adding of cement and active mineral additions to form homogeneous mobile mixture from which highly efficient ecologically safe building articles and structures are manufactured including extralight ones. EFFECT: reduced amount of components of heavy nonferrous metals washed out from wastes of various production processes and higher ecological safety of manufactured articles. 4 cl, 7 tbl
