SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of benzamide oxime of the formula (I) where R1 means unsubstituted or substituted C1-C4-alkyl, unsubstituted or substituted C2-C4-alkenyl or unsubstituted or substituted C2-C4-alkynyl; R2 means phenyl optionally having substituents taken among the group including halogen atom, C1-C3-alkyl, C1-C3-alkoxy-group, C2-C4-alkenyloxy-group, C1-C3-halogenalkyl and C1-C3-halogenalkoxy-group or 5-membered aromatic heterocycle containing nitrogen or sulfur atoms as heteroatoms and optionally substituted with C1-C3-alkyl; X1 means C1-C4-halogenalkyl; X2,X3,X4,X5 mean independently hydrogen atom, halohalogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-halogenalkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy-group, C1-C4-alkylthio-group, C1-C4-alkylsulfonyl-group, C1-C4-alkylsulfinyl-group, nitro-group; r1 and r2 each means independently hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy-group, C1-C4-alkylthio-group or r1 and r2 in common can form carbonyl. Compounds show the excellent fungicide activity and can be used in agriculture and gardening. Invention proposes also a method of synthesis of derivatives of benzamide oxime of the formula (I) by interaction of the compound of the formula (II) with the compound of the formula (III) and a fungicide agent for protection of agriculture plants.
