FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to substituted aminopyridine-N-oxide of formula (1) , where R4 represents a C1-6alkoxycarbonylic group. The invention also relates to a method of obtaining aminopyridine-N-oxide of formula (1), including oxidation of an amino-6-methylpyridine derivative of formula (2) with peroxide in the presence of a salt of tungstophosphoric acid of formula Q3[PW4O24], where Q represents quaternary ammonium, and to a method of obtaining the formula (8) compound (where R6 represents an C1-6alkoxycarboxylic group and X represents a halogen atom) by the interaction of the formula (1) compound with thionylchloride in the presence of triethylaminehalogenide.
EFFECT: formula (1) compound as an intermediate for obtaining pharmaceutical and agrochemical substances.
