FIELD: textile industry, in particular, liquid treatment of newly formed movable chemical filament. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying washing liquid in the form of streams of mono-dispersed drops of different diameter at acute angle to thread movement direction and at different speeds; initially acting upon each point of thread by drop of smaller diameter and fed at larger speed, and in 1-20 ms acting upon thread point by drop of diameter 2.5 times as large as first diameter and fed at speed equal to 0.3-0.5 of speed of first drop. EFFECT: reduced consumption of washing liquid, increased washing intensity and improved automatic process. 1 dwg
