FIELD: medical engineering, namely ophthalmologic instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has lens- carrying bridge taking into account differences in anthropometric structure of patient's heads. Device also includes changeable nose rest positioned immovably and telescopically separated behind-ear members, length of which is fixed by means of stops. Behind-ear members are provided with changeable inserts with bent end pieces and separated measuring scales. Position of device on patient's head is highly stable. Device is convenient to handle. When device is in operation optical axes of lenses are arranged along centers of pupils and axes of patient's vision, which facilitates selection of corrective lenses.
