METHOD OF ANTISEPTIC COATING OF INTERNAL SURFACE OF SURGICAL GLOVES AND DEVICE FOR ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, particularly, methods and devices for modification of medical articles from natural latex. SUBSTANCE: method includes dosed application of antiseptic substance to surface of gloves with subsequent their turning inside out, packing and sterilization. Antiseptic substance is used in form of gel of the following composition, g: sanguiritrine 0.1-1.0; sorbic acid 0.1-0.2; water-soluble methyl cellulose, grade 35, 5.0-6.0; purified water 94.8-92.8. After application of said gel, glove surface is treated with compressed air. Device for embodiment of claimed method has process chamber for application of coating and glove holder. Introduced into device are two vessels with antiseptic substance used for coating with two rollers and two jets for blowing.
