FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of the curative mixture consisting of heparin, hydrocortisone, chymotrypsin, ampicillin and novocaine solution (two or three injections) into paravasal tissue of thrombus-containing segment. Intrathrombotic infusion of rheopolyglucin-celiase-heparin mixture is performed by continuous intravenous catheterization of posteriotibia vein. Invention can be used for treatment of leofemoral venous thrombosis and provides the uniform distribution of thermobolytic agent in the zone of thrombotic process. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of thrombolytic therapy, improved regional hemodynamics, decreased hospitalization period, decreased complications and lethality. 1 dwg
