SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology. Method for preventing thrombosis of the reconstruction area after prosthetic repair of the portal vein system in pancreatic cancer involves administering unfractionated heparin under the early postoperative haemostasis parameters, and when restoring enteral nutrition eliminating the introduction of unfractionated heparin, then the patient takes a tablet of rivaroxaban in dose of 20 mg a day, 4 hours after administration of tableted anticoagulant in blood plasma, blood is re-sampled to determine anticoagulant activity of rivaroxaban - anti-Xa in plasma. If anti-Xa is within 1.04 ± 0.17 shows an anticoagulant dose as effective and a postoperative period without thrombotic complications.
EFFECT: method enables evaluating the absorption of tableted preparations in the gastrointestinal tract and reducing the risk of thrombosis of the venous reconstruction zone.
