SUBSTANCE: passenger car includes service room, passenger room 4 connected with service room through longitudinal passageway, toilets 2 and 26 and compartment 16 for passengers who need medical assistance, medical room 8 and medical personnel compartment 5 which are connected service room and with each other by means of longitudinal passageway of car; shower is provided in toiler room which is connected with supply system; toilet room on opposite side of car is provided with reservoirs for bedpans, urinals and disinfectants. Room for passengers who need medical assistance is divided into sleeping section by means of partitions Where detachable berths are mounted; berths are provided with guards and handles for carrying them.
