FIELD: shipboard transportation facilities. SUBSTANCE: device includes towing gear with system of ropes, electrohydraulic system with two hydraulic winches and drive hydraulic motors equipped with braking hydraulic cylinders, cut-off and change-over hydraulic distributors, pumping unit consisting of variable-delivery pump and constant delivery-pump and replenishing reservoir. Hydraulic drives of winches are combined in single hydraulic loop with common power source at hydraulic motor inlet; their outlets are connected in succession to variable-delivery pump. Towing gear together with systems of ropes forms common closed power loop automatically synchronizing operation of winches in case of change in forces.
