When patient's blood fibrinogen level exceeds 4.5 g/l, fibrinogen degradation products appear in blood, and blood coagulation and viscosity factors increase, 800 to 1200 ml of patient's plasma is taken, and thermally treated at 56 C. Plasma supernatant is subjected to sorption treatment and reinfused to patient for 3 days. After that, medicamentous hypolipidemic therapy is performed followed by cryoplasmasorption course resulting in reliable reduction of blood coagulation potential and hyperlipidemia.
