FIELD: neurology. SUBSTANCE: in the course of plasmapheresis, removed volume of plasma is compensated by cryosorbed autoplasma from precedent plasmapheresis. Plasma sorption is accomplished by introducing 20 ml of a particular hemosorbent into each vial with 400 ml of native plasma taken immediately after performing first plasmapheresis procedure. Plasma is then frozen, further unfrozen and centrifuged for 5 min at 1000 rpm to precipitate cryoprecipitate together with sorbent. Supernatant is used to recompense volume of circulating plasma of patient in the course of next plasmapheresis procedure. EFFECT: enhanced treatment efficiency due to improved rheological properties of blood. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
