FIELD: clinical lymphology. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in clinical practice when treating patients with injured regional lymph node. Composition is prepared by perfusion of 400 ml freshly prepared xenoperfusate of porcine spleen through 400 g of an aluminum oxide-based hemosorbent in closed circuit with velocity 30 ml/min during 15 min. Final composition is presented as sorbent granules on which living xenolymphocytes are adsorbed. Composition can be used within 2 days as required. Vital activity of xenolymphocytes is preserved over this period. EFFECT: enabled substitution of functions of injured natural lymph node. 1 dwg
