METHOD OF TREATING URINARY BLADDER CANCER Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: oncological urology. SUBSTANCE: invention is projected for use in preoperative period when treating locally spread and secondary forms of urinary bladder cancer. Two 100 ml portions of blood are proposed to be successively taken from each patient and stored in two sterile bottle with glugicyre. Into the first bottle are then added 50-60 ru/sq.m of doxorubicin and 60-800 mg/sq.m of cyclophosphane. Into the second bottle are added 80-100 mg/sq. m of cis-platinum. After exposition in thermostat at 36.5-37.7 C for 30 min, autoblood with cytostatics is reinfused: first, from the first bottle, then hydration with 1000 ml of glucose is performed to reduce nephrotoxicity, then autoblood from the second bottle is infused, and, finely, hemodese solution with 2 ml of lasix is injected.
