FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: before the onset of chemotherapeutic course it is suggested to carry out continuous apparatus plasmapheresis, exfuse autoplasma at the quantity of 600-800 ml by equal portions for weekly-planned quantity of cytostatics injection, incubate each portion together with chemopreparations at 37 C for 1 h and reinfuse it. At chemotherapeutic course lasting more than 1 wk one should repeat the cycle of actions according to the above- described technique. The present innovation enables to provide decreased toxicity of chemopreparations and transfer nonoperable patients into operable state. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 4 dwg
