SUBSTANCE: to provide combined lifting and lowering and turning of steering wheel 2, steering column 1 and instrument panel 4 of vehicle unified unit is used consisting of steering column 1 and instrument panel 4. This unit can be installed in vehicle in fully aligned position using suitable cantilever 7. Instrument panel 4 is furnished with stabilizing device which can displaced in links 40/41 and 37 along guide rails 19/20 installed at a distance from each other in combination with gear wheel/rear rack 35/36 and 33/34. EFFECT: facilitated changing of unit position, prevention of natural vibrations of unit relative to driver's cab, reduced cost of mounting of device in vehicle. 5 cl, 5 dwg
