FIELD: packing; sealing of vessel on its neck. SUBSTANCE: cap has safety belt with made of synthetic material with at least one vertical tear-off section. At least one compensating zone is provided near tear-off section where belt can be stretched greater than in other sections. To provide stretching of belt at sealing without breaking of tear-off section and to preserve protective function of belt when turning off the cap, stretchability of belt increases continuously in direction towards its lower edge.
