FIELD: threaded sealing caps. SUBSTANCE: cap for sealing of bottles and vessels having threaded necks comprises top, skirt and two parts connecting each other, namely inner and outer parts. Inner part 3 has inner top 30 and inner skirt 31 with rotational axis 12, which performs operational function.
