FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed transmitter includes sensitive element unit made fast to immobile object and microresonator placed on mobile object. Sensitive element unit incorporates fiber- optical laser, autocollimator, photodetector and information processing unit. Frequency of self-excited oscillations of laser practically matches resonance frequency of microresonator. Self-excitation mode in system " fiber-optical laser-autocollimator- microresonator " is realized thanks to modulation of amplitude of reflection factor due to photo-induced angular deviations of microresonator. With angular displacement of mobile object with regard to immobile one angle between axis of collimated beam and normal to surface of microresonator changes by certain value which leads to change of frequency of self-excited oscillations recorded by information processing unit.
