FIELD: measurement of temperature, pressure, linear and angular translations. SUBSTANCE: in self- excited multiplex system incorporating two measurement channels resonance interaction of fiber laser with micromechanical resonator structure is realized on basis of modulation of Q-factor of double mirror optical resonator as result of photo- induced angular deviations of one of mirrors in which capacity microresonator is used. In this case one butt of single-mode light guide is mated with autocollimator forming parallel light beam on to reflecting surface of microresonator oriented at some specified angle θ with reference to optical axis of autocollimator and second butt of it is output one. Frequency meter is employed as signal processing unit. EFFECT: increased measurement stability. 3 dwg
