FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing stretching action upon spine by weight of patient himself and simultaneously providing vibratory action. Stretching action is performed by applying oppositely directed forces to spine with following stretching action upon large articulations in plane of functioning for increasing their movability, and temperature action for stimulating work of excretory system and cutaneous covering. Acting upon spine by stretching force applied in opposite directions is effectuated prior to acting upon spine by the weight of patient himself. Thermal action is performed two times at temperature of from +45 C to +60 C for 3-7 min, with one thermal action being performed prior to stretching action upon spine by applying oppositely directed forces and other thermal action being performed upon terminating of stretching action upon large articulations. EFFECT: increased efficiency by preventing human being organism from adverse aftereffect and elimination of disturbances connected with deterioration of spinal cord functional activity. 2 cl
