FIELD: disintegration, particularly of ores and other mineral materials. SUBSTANCE: mill includes vertically arranged cylindrical housing with inner annular protrusion having windows; shaft with cup-like rotor mounted coaxially in housing and having boss and horizontal portion placed over annular protrusion and bent up outside from center; sieves and radial partitions arranged with gap relative to boss of rotor and having in lower part over inclined surface of rotor through rectangular grooves whose large sides are arranged on inclined surface of rotor. Apertural cylinder is mounted coaxially relative to housing. Even number of Apertural cylinders are mounted conaxially over rotor. Between pairs of cylinders there are annular chambers; each chamber is restricted downwards by means of solid ring and upwards - by means of annular manifold and branch pipe for discharging ready product. Inner cavity of rotor cup may have vertical portion whose height may be equal to 1/3 of height of rotor cup.
