FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding equipment, mainly to fine grinding of ores and other mineral materials, and can be used in metallurgy, chemical and other industries. Mill comprises a vertically arranged cylindrical housing (1) with an internal annular projection with openings, shaft (2) installed coaxially in housing (1), with cup-shaped rotor (5) fixed on it, having a hub, a horizontal section bent from the centre located above the annular projection, sieves and through slots (13) in the lower part above the inclined surface of rotor (5) in the form of rectangles, each larger side of which is located on inclined surface of rotor (5), perforated cylinder, mounted concentrically to housing and forming with its surfaces and annular projection chamber for output of finished product, vertical cylinders installed coaxially in cylindrical housing above rotor (5) with formation of annular chambers (18). In the upper parts of vertical cylinders (10, 11) there are windows, and their lower parts are solid, and radial ribs (6), located in rotor (5) bowl, wherein the side of each radial rib (6) facing hub (9) of rotor (5) is located between vertical cylinders (10, 11). Mill housing (1) is additionally equipped with trapezoidal plates (20) fixed between the perforated cylinder and the vertical cylinder of larger diameter, wherein trapezoidal plates (20) are installed from the plane of upper parts of rotor by 1/3 of the height of the vertical cylinder of larger diameter.
EFFECT: mill provides increased productivity for the finished product.
