FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to growing cultured escherichia cells on the simple nutrient medium being without loss of its effectiveness. The nutrient medium has the following components, wt.-%: Henx saline solution 30-50; aminocrovin 5-20; hemodialyzate 5-9; casein hydrolyzate 9-20; peptone 0.6-1.5; ammonium chloride 0.08-0.18; sodium chloride 0.09-0.18, and distilled water - the rest.
