FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and can be used in biological industry for production of animal colibacillosis vaccines. Method provides as follows. Acid blood hydrolysate, baker's yeast autolysate, peptone, sodium chloride, twice-substituted sodium phosphate, potassium chloride are mixed and dissolved in distilled. Mixture is brought to boil. Produced mixture is boiling within 5-7 minutes. Then medium pH is reduced to 7.2-7.6. It is filtered through paper filter, bottled and autoclaved at 1 atm within 20-30 min.
EFFECT: development of effective animal colibacillosis vaccine.
