FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: unit joint comprises ends of columns converging in unit and rigidly connected by reinforcing protrusions. Lower end of column has cross-like slot. Ends of span-pieces of T-section have protrusions with reinforcement outlets located in slots of column. In unit joint, each column is made as combination that is sectional and monolithic parts. Monolithic part is made in space which combines lower part and upper part of column. Reinforcing framework is located in space filled with concrete. It is of rectangular or rhombic configuration with peaks located in middle of external face of column. Sectional part is made up of triangular components which are located in corners of column section and thus limiting monolithic part of column. Cross-like slot is made over height of cross-section of span-pieces. Protrusions of cross-like slot are of shape which repeats shape of cross-section of column. Protrusions are provided with reinforcement loops. inserted through loops are rods of framework of monolithic part of column. Internal faces of sectional components of columns and of ends of protrusions of span-pieces are corrugated. Aforesaid embodiment of unit joint increases strength of unit and simplifies its manufacture. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 4 dwg
