FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to framework structures of buildings of increased seismic resistance. The framework system includes a pile foundation with a monolithic reinforced concrete grillage, columns, longitudinal and transverse crossbars, floor slabs. The grillage is made with projecting monolithic pillars, seismic insulating supports mounted thereon, on which support shoes are mounted. In the upper part of a support shoe and at column ends, embedded parts are made, and between the embedded parts, in the joint of the columns with the column and in the joint of the column with the support shoe, a centering gasket is installed. The floor over the basement is made in the form of a platform formed by a cross system of prefabricated reinforced concrete crossbars and flat floor slabs. The basement crossbars rest on slab parts of the support shoes.
EFFECT: increasing the framework reliability.
