FIELD: deaeration of liquid media. SUBSTANCE: vacuum deaerator of unit is, essentially, degassing jet-type apparatus. Unit has cyclone, heater, and feed pump. Inlet of the latter is connected to heater which, in its turn, is connected to outlet of feed pump. Outlet of jet-type apparatus is connected to inlet of cyclone whose gas outlet is connected to gas inlet of liquid-gas jet-type apparatus and fluid outlet, to deaerated liquid user. Low-pressure zone is organized in degassing jet-type apparatus to form developed gas-liberation surface and gas-steam-liquid flow with volume content of gas and steam in mixture being at least 0.8 and to transfer mixture stream to supersonic flow conditions. Then pressure within degassing jet-type apparatus is abruptly raised with gas flow converted into liquid flow at volume gas content not over 0.70. After that, liquid stream is passed to cyclone wherein low- pressure zone is organized to receive gas from liquid being deaerated. EFFECT: improved efficiency of liquid deaeration. 2 cl, 1 dwg
