The seal plates are attached with the aid of flexible hinge joints. The axis of the vacuum seal is inclined relative to the horizontal plane. The axis of the valve body is inclined relative to the horizontal plane. The pressure seat of the membrane type. The pressure seal axis is inclined relative to the horizontal plane towards the opposite side of the vacuum seal axis. The pressure plate serves at the same time as the vacuum seal seat and loaded by static moment of load gravity. The vacuum seal plate is attached to the pressure plate. The vacuum plate is loaded by combination of load and position of the flexible hinge joint. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions and mass, facilitated maintenance, dismantling of the valve without disassembly of the closed system, simplified manufacture, enhanced reliability of operation in winter conditions. 1 dwg
