FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has hook hanger and hoisting mechanism. Hook hanger has cable sheave and external hook suspended from sheave axle. Hoisting mechanism has drive, two cable drums and fixed frame. Cable drums and drive are installed on additional balance frame provided with lever and weight and connected through axle with foxed frame for rocking, balancing by weight on lever and re-adjustment of cable spans of cable drums at positive skewing of balance frame by hydraulic cylinder. Rotary hook with hinge support in its lower part is arranged inside external hook for turning relative to cheeks of external hook. Cable sheave has gear rims engaging with gear sectors being upper part of rotary hook. EFFECT: possibility of automatic removal of load from with provision of high reliability of load handling device.
