FIELD: technology of pelletizing of finely divided raw material used, either, in capacity of mineral fertilizer (rock phosphate meal), or as raw material for production of mineral fertilizer. SUBSTANCE: method includes addition to phosphate material of binder in form of mixture of pulp of monocalcium phosphate and sum of salts of sequioxides with monocalcium phosphate to sum of salts of sesquioxides ratio of 1:(0.05-0.45). Mixture is added to phosphate raw material in amount of 0.04-0.3 wt.p.p. per wt.p. of phosphate raw material. Binding mixture may be used in form of product of decomposition of phosphate raw material by sulfuric and/or phosphoric acid, and phosphate raw material may be used in form of dust of apatite concentrate, or rock phosphate meal. EFFECT: possible processing of apatite concentrate dust trapped in its drying, increased content of main component (citrate-soluble phosphorous pentoxide) and activation of rock phosphate meal due to its pelletizing. 2 cl, 3 ex
