FIELD: mineral fertilizers.
SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to superphosphate-type NP fertilizer, manufacture of which involves decomposing apatite with sulfuric acid to form phosphate pulp. The latter is divided into two parts. One of them is filtered to separate phosphoric acid, which is mixed with remaining part of the phosphate pulp. To resulting mix is added low-grade phosphate raw material and sulfuric acid in proportions ensuring ratio of P2O5 of the mix to P2O5 of the phosphate raw material to be (2-9):1. Thus obtained pulp is ammonized to pH 4.0-5.0, granulated, and dried.
EFFECT: enabled manufacture of prolonged-life fertilizer with improved physicomechanical properties at lower cost.
