FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out biochemical examination of female genitalia. Adenosine desaminase activity level is determined in punctate taken from Douglas space twice: before and after introducing tuberculin. Increment of the value is calculated. Its increase being observed to be higher than threshold value, tuberculosis of female genitalia is to be diagnosed. Tuberculin dose is administered to be 0.1-0.01 TU. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and specificity of method; high accuracy of diagnosis.
