FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining change in blood serum adenosine desaminase level after tuberculin injected, in comparison with its threshold value. Adenosine desaminase activity is determined twice in predefined time intervals after administering tuberculin. Maximum change in blood serum adenosine desaminase activity is determined relative to its initial level. The threshold being exceeded, active tuberculosis uveitis is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
