FIELD: armateur and fishing. SUBSTANCE: according to method, fishing line is wound on tackle spiral member. Stretched out elastic material is used together with fishing line which is wound on coils of spiral together with stretched out elastic material. After winding of fishing line and stretched out material, they are released. Before winding, fishing line can be additionally wound around elastic material. Knots can be tied or tied and glued on ends of elastic material.
