SUBSTANCE: device has crank-shaft speed pickup, vehicle speed pickup, voltage divider, differentiator, four comparators, two storage units, control pulse shaper, two 2AND gates and deceleration threshold value calculating unit. First second and third terminals of calculating unit are connected, respectively, to voltage divider outlet, vehicle speed pickup outlet and to second storage unit. Vehicle load pickup is connected with input of second storage unit. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of engine braking control and provision of timely switching on of signal lamps. 1 dwg
