SUBSTANCE: proposed device has crankshaft speed pickup, vehicle speed pickup, voltage divider, differentiator, three comparators, storage unit, control pulse shaper, two 2 AND gates, input signal speed change control unit, deceleration threshold value calculating unit, first, second third inlets of which being connected, respectively, to outlet of voltage divider, to outlet of vehicle speed pickup and to outlet of maximum deceleration finding unit. Brake drive pressure pickup is connected to first inlet of maximum deceleration finding unit, to second inlet of unit, braking commencement pickup is connected, and to third inlet of unit, vehicle deceleration pickup is connected. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of engine braking control and provision of timely switching on of signal lamps. 1 dwg
