FIELD: motor-road information facilities. SUBSTANCE: device has sleeves 4, 10 which are installed coaxially and connected to each other by flanges 11, 12. One of them is secured in foundation 1. Also provided is post 5 which is mounted in foundation and in sleeves with clearance. Radially secured on sleeve 10 are holders of board. Sleeve 10 is installed with possible turning by means of rolling member primarily of ball 8 which rests on central spherical slot 7 made in end-face of post 5. Flanges are interconnected to each other through uniformly distributed holes 13 and fastening pins 14 which are freely seated in them. Aforesaid embodiment of device allows for widening of its technological potentialities. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
