SUBSTANCE: Goal of invention is achieved by introduced tabular calculation unit, first and second converters of binary number code into unitary code by first internal device modulo, first and second converters of binary number code into unitary code by second internal device modulo, third to sixth units of AND gates, converter of unitary code by first internal device modulo into binary position code, converter of unitary code by second internal device modulo into binary position code, and device modulo adder.
