FIELD: telemetry equipment, in particular, for monitoring of objects which are remote from control center. SUBSTANCE: each signal apparatus has multiplexer, single chip computer, converter of logical signal to joint signals, low-pass amplifier, unit of electronic gates, additional output port of microcomputer, digital-to-analog converter, read-only memory unit, which stores voice and tonal signals, RAM memory unit, unit for matching output analog signals to telephone line, inductor call detector, duplex transmitter. Receiver provides possibility to receive and process messages. Stationary objects are monitored by displaying object image on computer screen together with three- dimensional position of triggered detector or group of detectors and storage into database. Mobile objects are monitored by displaying landscape map of given scale on computer screen together with current position of mobile object and characteristics of triggered detectors and storage into database. In case of fault in computer equipment, device provides transmission of voice information about object index and index (indices) of triggered detector. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities, increased reliability of operations due to use of frequency-keyed low-speed code. 4 cl, 4 dwg
