FIELD: orthopedic stomatology; applicable in preparation of fixed dental prosthesis. SUBSTANCE: method consists in formation of crown on gypsum model by successive plasma spraying of metal sublayer (copper, zinc) of controlled thickness and aluminooxide frame. First, base of aluminooxide frame 50-200 mcm thick is built up by plasma spraying from powder with particles sizing 40-60 mcm and then surface layer 30-100 mcm thick from powder with particles sizing 60-100 mcm is formed. Metal sublayer is fully removed and aluminooxide frame is impregnated with filler and faced by existing methods. Facing materials are used in the form of photocomposite, SIKOR glass ceramic or GAMMA porcelain mass. EFFECT: higher quality of tooth crown due to strong joint of more porous surface layer of aluminooxide frame with facing coating and reinforcing properties of frame based.
