FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out plasma spraying over collapsible plaster model having anchorage teeth models and connecting beam. Copper or zinc layer coating is applied in advance. Then plasma- spraying is applied to approximate surfaces of the anchorage teeth models covering them with metal layer of 30-70 mcm thickness. The model is assembled and metal carcass is manufactured with connection beam of 150-170 mcm thickness. The carcass is subjected to heat treatment for improving structure and increasing strength. Retention coating is produced for improving strength of carcass-to-coating material adhesion.
