SUBSTANCE: thyroid gland is exposed to high-intensity laser with the aid of least one light guide which is brought to place of exposure by means of at least one conductor to depth of 5.0-100.0 mm of node thickness. Duration of intervention is 60-500 s, with use of neodymium laser, and 60-450 s, when diode laser is used. Power of neodymium laser is 1-7 W, and that of diode laser is 2-5 W.
